Reversible Shell Baby Afghan – Updated

Many of you have written to me asking for some clarification on the Reversible Shell baby Afghan.  As I was responding to some of your messages last night, I had a chance to look it over.  I see how it can be a bit confusing!

So last night, I took a bit of time to update the pattern  You can find it here.  I’ve added some pictures for guidance and simplified the steps.  I know that this one is a bit tricky so I really hope that helps.  Please let me know how it works out for you.  And if you have any pics of the finished product to show, please share.

I’m in the process of making another one so I will add better pics of it once I’m done.

Until then, happy Hooking!

I have made several of these through the years and the really aren’t hard at all once you get the hang of it. Unfortunately I gave all mine away but then I married the guy I gave the last one to so I have it in my possession ~ sort of ~ lol I love the fact they are warmer than most since there aren’t any “holds” to let the air through, something my mother didn’t like about one I made for her…. now that she is gone, I also have that in my possession, although it wasn’t the reversible afghan. Thanks for sharing this pattern as I have no clue where mine is since I moved from OH to TX :/ I’ve been wanting to crochet another one as a gift for my nephew.
