It’s been so long since I have updated that I don’t even know where to begin. So I’ll give you brief recap! The summer flew by this year!! Did anyone else think so? I for one am so happy that we’ve gone back into the routine of things; it makes life so much easier.

It was a lovely summer: my youngest went to Girl Scout Horse Camp for 2 weeks, my oldest went to NYC and stayed with her grandmother for 2 weeks and my wife and I recently celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary!! I guess we can no longer refer to ourselves as newlyweds. We took a 2 week vacation to Cape Cod, where we went for our honeymoon (where we have gone every year for the past 4 years). I love it there. It is my dream location. The water, the sand, the quaint little shops, the friendly people… I just can’t get enough of it! But now it’s back to the real world of work, and school, and laundry and bills… yuck!

However, I am super happy to be back on my blog! I’ve missed you all. I was also busy creating lots of new things! Some were given to family and friends and others made their way to my Etsy shop. Here is just a sample (click on the pic to go directly to the shop):
